Delete your account

You can delete your Seroa account and personal data at any time. We offer two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the App

1. Open Seroa and go to Settings.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top-right to open About & settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated personal data will be removed.

If you only want to leave your couple space (without deleting your account), use Couple space → Leave couple space in Settings.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the App, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we proceed.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (nickname, bio, gender, birth date, avatar).
• Your couple, plans, occurrences, and reminders.
• Your cycle records and related predictions.
• Your account credentials and identifiers.

We delete your personal data from our active systems promptly after your request. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained.
